Housed in an elegant Liberty-style villa just a few steps from the historic center, the three Private Design Suites – Tower, Gold ed Escher – offer a refined and timeless stay.

Each has a unique character: the Tower houses a romantic room in the villa's tower; the Gold enchants with its gold leaf reflections; the Escher impresses with its independent Smeg kitchen and custom-made furnishings; the windows are adorned with exquisite linen curtains by Maestro Raphael, filtering a warm light; while the Artemide and FontanaArte lamps light up the evenings.

All suites overlook a private garden with a shared outdoor whirlpool pool.

The living room, adorned with a magnificent wall of gold leaf, overlooks two private balconies, one of which extends into the bedroom. The sleeping area, equally luminous, offers a regal and intimate atmosphere.

On the top floor of the villa, the Escher Suite combines geometric rigor and artistic charm, taking its name from the artwork that dominates the living room.
The playful turtle-shaped bookcase by Qeeboo adds a touch of contemporary irony.

For those seeking total independence combined with the charm of urban history, the Loft it is the ideal choice. Located just a short walk from the villa, at the start of via Molini, it occupies an 18th-century townhouse, spread over two levels connected by a spiral staircase.

The contrast between the exposed wooden beams and the contemporary details, such as the bathroom with a Corian sink and the pop lights by Seletti, make the environment unique. The king-size double bed and the sofa bed with a 26cm high mattress ensure a perfect rest.

A stone's throw from the historic centre but with a character all of its own, the Loft occupies a recently renovated 18th-century house, about 600 metres from the beach.
Spread over two levels connected by a dramatic spiral staircase, the space stuns with the contrast between the ancient wooden beam ceiling and contemporary details, such as the bathroom with a Corian washbasin countertop and pop lighting by Seletti.
